Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Prestwick, Ayrshire showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, providing expert advice and guidance on kitchen design and sales.
  • Take phone calls from potential and existing customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, helping them to choose the perfect kitchen solution.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times, reflecting positively on our company and brand.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a showroom environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • IT proficiency, with experience of using email, Word, Excel, and the Microsoft suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and duties.
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Prestwick, Ayrshire showroom.
