Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience in our showroom.
  • Showcase our products and services, highlighting the benefits and features of our kitchen solutions.
  • Take phone calls from potential and existing customers, responding to their queries and concerns.
  • Work closely with our design team to ensure that customers receive the best possible solutions for their kitchen needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that it is always ready for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the kitchen industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate this effectively to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • IT proficiency, with experience of using email, Word, Excel and the Microsoft suite.
