Principal Electronics Design Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity to join CV Library as a Chief Electronics Engineer and be part of our team that specialises in the production of safety equipment. We are looking to bring on an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to work in our R&D team, who has direct experience working on safety products.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing and testing new products as well as maintaining and enhancing our existing portfolio.
  2. You will provide leadership for planning, analysing, designing, testing and documenting changes on new projects.
  3. You will work on digital designs as well as some analogue designs at system and circuit level.
Key Skills:
  1. You will have strong experience within electronic design and hardware including digital and systems design/architecture.
  2. You will have experience working on safety related products and writing strict documentation (ie. Medical, aerospace, defence etc.).
  3. You will have experience with EMC testing; a good advantage would be experience working on wireless EMC testing.
Additional Information:

This role comes with hybrid working options, so for every 10 days, 5 would be from home. Depending on projects this could be less.
