About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Manager to join our Electronic Systems team at New Electronics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of embedded software, peripheral drivers, protocols, and human-machine interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development and Implementation: Develop and implement embedded software, peripheral drivers, protocols, and human-machine interfaces, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Requirements Analysis and Definition: Conduct thorough requirements analysis and definition, ensuring that software meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • System and Software Architecture: Design and develop system and software architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, to define project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in embedded systems and software architecture.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent software engineering skills, with significant experience in C/C++ and software architecture design using UML or other recognized model-based design techniques.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with software modeling tools such as Simulink or SCADE, scripting languages such as MATLAB or Python, and knowledge of Scrum/Agile development.
