Job Description

Job Title: Electronics Hardware Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic hardware systems for our clients in the aerospace, automotive, and defense industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic hardware systems, including circuit boards, microcontrollers, and other electronic components.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure that designs are feasible and meet technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, bills of materials, and test procedures.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure that designs meet client requirements and technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that designs are innovative and effective.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in digital or analogue electronics design within a structured development environment.
  • Experience with CAD software, including Siemens Mentor suite.
  • Experience with simulation tools, including SPICE and other circuit simulation software.
  • Experience with PCB layout and design for manufacture and test.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
