About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with divisional Managing Directors, Sales Leaders, Sales Managers, and Board Members to develop and manage commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers to identify and seize new business opportunities.
  • Promptly and effectively address customer correspondence and draft agreements that provide clarity on contractual relationships.
  • Take ownership of developing customer compliance within designated divisions to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Access IP and other relevant third-party products.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrate software to various organizational tiers, including C-level executives.
  • Foster and enhance divisional achievements by establishing new initiatives to improve customer compliance.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think creatively in a commercial context.
  • Experience in driving, building, maintaining, and controlling pipelines.
  • Enthusiastic individual with a strong ability to initiate tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Capable of working efficiently and effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledgeable about technical aspects of software deployment and usage, and commercial contracts in the software or IT sector.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant subject with previous experience in a B2B commercial role, including sales experience.
  • Exemplary written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and strong proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Full UK driving license and prepared for travel and overnight stays as required.
