Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with divisional Managing Directors, Sales Leaders, Sales Managers, and Board Members to develop and manage commercial opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Promptly and effectively address customer correspondence and draft agreements that provide clarity on contractual relationships.
- Take ownership of developing customer compliance within designated divisions to meet revenue targets.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Access IP and other relevant third-party products.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate software to various organizational tiers, including C-level executives.
- Foster and enhance divisional achievements by establishing new initiatives to improve customer compliance.
- Strong business acumen and ability to think creatively in a commercial context.
- Experience in driving, building, maintaining, and controlling pipelines.
- Enthusiastic individual with a strong ability to initiate tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
- Capable of working efficiently and effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Knowledgeable about technical aspects of software deployment and usage, and commercial contracts in the software or IT sector.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
- Degree qualified in a relevant subject with previous experience in a B2B commercial role, including sales experience.
- Exemplary written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and strong proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Full UK driving license and prepared for travel and overnight stays as required.
