Job Title: Duty Manager - Luxury Hotel Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at The Trafalgar St. James, Curio Collection by Hilton. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver a world-class experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Utilize Front Desk systems to track guest preferences, special requests, and feedback, in order to personalize guest experiences and anticipate future needs.
  • Assist in communicating, developing, and upskilling the team, while building great relationships with other teams across the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar environment, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, with a problem-solving attitude and high determination.
  • Knowledge of OnQ and ability to work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts.
