Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Revlon. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Introduce and promote new products and promotions to customers, ensuring effective use of company resources.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Process orders, submit administrative reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the Field Technical Educator to establish growth and development plans for wholesalers.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market demands, providing insights to the National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree/High School Diploma or Higher Vocational Certificate.
- Complementary sales training desirable.
- 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to work autonomously.
- Good numeracy skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Full driving license.
- Relationship management (internal and external).
- Team player/supportive.
- Positive attitude.
- Open to feedback.
- Honesty.
