About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Revlon. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Introduce and promote new products and promotions to customers, ensuring effective use of company resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Process orders, submit administrative reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Field Technical Educator to establish growth and development plans for wholesalers.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market demands, providing insights to the National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree/High School Diploma or Higher Vocational Certificate.
  • Complementary sales training desirable.
  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to work autonomously.
  • Good numeracy skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Full driving license.
