Job Title: Sales Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Revlon. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in a similar sector.
  • Complementary sales training desirable.
  • User computer skills.
  • Full Driving License.

Soft Skills:

  • Relationship Management (internal and external).
  • Team Player / supportive.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Open to feedback.
  • Honesty.
