Job Title: Engineering Quality Manager

Alstom is seeking an experienced Engineering Quality Manager to join our UK & Ireland Digital and Integrated Systems Product Line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing engineering quality deliverables and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engineering quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that engineering deliverables meet quality requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to engineering staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving tools.
  • Knowledge of railway industry norms and certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
