About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Quality Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Digital and Integrated Systems Product Line, you will be responsible for managing engineering quality deliverables and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engineering quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and coordinate quality audits, assessments, and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management plans, including design reviews, testing, and validation.
  • Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet the required quality standards, including software baseline strategies and design reviews.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to engineering teams on quality management principles and procedures.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the railway industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
