As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing engineering quality deliverables and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering standards and ensure their application across the organization.
- Identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance our engineering processes.
- Lead engineering quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality management into our projects.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in quality management, with a focus on engineering quality.
- Knowledge of railway industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
