About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Quality Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Digital and Integrated Systems Product Line, you will be responsible for managing engineering quality deliverables and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engineering quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that engineering deliverables meet quality requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality management plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to engineering teams on quality management procedures and best practices.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management and engineering quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
