Job Title: Home Care Professional

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Professional. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support to enhance their daily living experience.

The role involves a range of tasks, including:

  • Accompanying clients to appointments and social events
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
  • Picking up prescriptions, grocery shopping, and running errands
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry or ironing
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Assisting clients with personal care, such as bathing and dressing

You will work flexible shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and may be required to work on weekends. We offer paid training and full PPE protection.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive:
