Salary


Our Care Assistants earn up to £15.60 per hour, including holiday pay, which reflects our commitment to providing competitive salaries to our staff. With our flexible shift patterns, you can choose when you work through our HealthForceGo app.

Job Responsibilities


As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes or in local care facilities. This will involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and administering medication, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you'll need to have 6-months of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years, knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques, and excellent communication skills. You must also be able to work effectively as part of a team and be flexible with your working hours.
