Care Assistant for Older Adults

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant at Roxburgh House care home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.
Job SummaryThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults who require support with their daily living tasks. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and companionship, promoting independence and enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents.
About the Role- Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure person-centered care is delivered.
- No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A kind and empathetic approach is required to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £10-£12 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career progression and professional development.
Please note that flexible working hours can be discussed, and we welcome applicants who are available to work both days and nights.
