Companionship and Care Professional

If so, we want to hear from you As a Companionship and Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents with dementia at Maurice House in Broadstairs, Kent.
About the Role:In this position, you will provide person-centered care and support to our residents, promoting independence and dignity. You will work collaboratively with our nursing staff and other colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents with dementia
- Assist with daily activities and promote independence
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other colleagues to ensure high standards of care
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum
