We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual who shares our vision and values. As a Community Health Care Assistant, you will have:

  • A strong passion for delivering person-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a community-based setting (preferably in a healthcare role)
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (for mileage reimbursement)

Key Responsibilities:

Some of your key responsibilities as a Community Health Care Assistant will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a community-based role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (for mileage reimbursement)
