We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead, where you will provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored care solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and use your initiative in challenging situations. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move clients safely.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44-£14 per hour, plus double pay bank holiday rates from £22 per hour. Our flexible zero-hour permanent contract allows you to work around your schedule, ensuring a great work-life balance.
