Care Services Manager Position
A seasoned Health and Social Care professional is sought after by Domus Recruitment to fill this Registered Manager role in Worthing, West Sussex.

This challenging opportunity involves leading and driving performance, ensuring that person-centered care is delivered across various Supported Living services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background and substantial experience in managing care teams or supervisory roles within a care environment.

Remuneration
£45,000 - £60,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support team leaders and take overall responsibility as the Registered Manager.
  2. Promote quality assurance and adhere to legal, clinical, statutory, and organisational obligations.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Thorough understanding of financial data and ability to manage budgets.
