Care and Support Specialist:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Kent. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a calm and patient approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Additionally, you will help individuals achieve their goals and develop life skills, while promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Salary: £12.00 per hour (£23,400 pro-rata) plus benefits, including paid sleep-ins at £50 per shift.
