About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Adult Support Mentor to join our team as a Positive Behaviour Support Worker. You'll work in a quiet and happy environment, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Your responsibilities will include daily care and support, building relationships, empowering independence, social engagement, and respect and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
* Assist individuals in achieving their goals and maintaining their independence
* Promote social engagement and participation in community activities
* Ensure respect and dignity for all service users

Requirements:
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
* Manual UK driving license
* Experience in at least two areas: Mental Health, Behaviours that Challenge, Trauma Informed Care, Autism and Learning Disabilities, or Positive Behaviour Support
* Ability to demonstrate exposure to two of the following areas of expertise: Mental Health, Behaviours that Challenge, Trauma Informed Care, Autism and Learning Disabilities, or Positive Behaviour Support
