Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Adult Support Mentor to join our team. As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you'll work closely with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Your responsibilities will include daily care and support, building relationships, empowering independence, social engagement, and respect and dignity.

Responsibilities:
* Provide daily care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
* Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
* Empower individuals to achieve their goals and maintain their independence
* Encourage social engagement and participation in community activities
* Ensure respect and dignity for all service users

Requirements:
* Calm, caring, and resilient nature
* Manual UK driving license
* Experience in at least two areas: Mental Health, Behaviours that Challenge, Trauma Informed Care, Autism and Learning Disabilities, or Positive Behaviour Support
* Ability to demonstrate exposure to two of the following areas of expertise: Mental Health, Behaviours that Challenge, Trauma Informed Care, Autism and Learning Disabilities, or Positive Behaviour Support

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
