Job Summary

We are seeking a calm and caring Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including daily activities such as personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals you support, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that the needs and preferences of the individuals you support are met.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive environment, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of the individuals you support.
Requirements
  • Hold a UK Driving Licence and be willing to drive an alternative vehicle.
  • Have experience working with individuals with complex needs, preferably in a care or support setting.
  • Be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
