Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Positive Behavioural Specialist to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Positive Behavioural Specialist, you will work closely with individuals who require support in their daily lives, providing tailored assistance to ensure their well-being and quality of life.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to individuals, enabling them to participate in various activities and achieve their goals.
  • Ensure good working practices, understanding and awareness of health and safety protocols.
  • Support individuals in developing their independence and skills, assisting with tasks necessary for positive life experiences.
  • Collaborate with other agencies, parents, carers, and services to provide person-centred support.
  • Develop and maintain records and support plans, functioning as a Keyworker when required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment, meeting the individual's unique needs.
  • Participate in regular and ongoing training relevant to the role.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Positive Behavioural Specialist who is calm, patient, and resilient, with a passion for delivering support in a non-traditional way. The ideal candidate will be a driver, have a consistent approach, and be willing to work alongside individuals to achieve their goals.
