Job Title: Positive Behavioural Specialist

We are seeking a Positive Behavioural Specialist to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Positive Behavioural Specialist, you will work with individuals who require support with their daily lives, providing a high level of care and assistance to enable them to live independently.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to participate in a wide range of activities.
  • Ensure good working practice, including understanding and awareness of health and safety.
  • Develop and contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans, and function as a Keyworker when required.
  • Support and maintain a clean-living environment appropriate to meet individual needs.
  • Participate in regular and ongoing training relevant to needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct support when displaying behaviours to enable individuals to participate in a wide range of activities.
  • Ensuring good working practice, including understanding and awareness of health and safety.
  • Developing and contributing to the maintenance of records and support plans, and functioning as a Keyworker when required.
  • Supporting and maintaining a clean-living environment appropriate to meet individual needs.
  • Participating in regular and ongoing training relevant to needs.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a UK Driving Licence.
  • Must be willing to work on a shift rota basis, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must be able to drive an automatic vehicle.
