">- Delivering high-quality care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being
- Developing strong relationships with the people you support, understanding their needs and preferences
- Assisting with personal goals and encouraging creative exploration, social engagement, and respect for dignity
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing evaluations and assessments
