As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a first-class procurement service across the organization, driving value for money in terms of quality, price, and environmental impact through the supply chain to support strategic business plan objectives and targets.

Your role will involve ensuring that the procurement strategy contributes to the wider corporate and community strategy objectives, aligning with our Environmental, Social, and Governance commitments and aspirations, such as equality and diversity, environmental strategy, social value creation, and risk management. You will also be responsible for developing a collaborative approach to procurement across all spending categories and departments, managing relationships to ensure a cohesive and strategic focus through the best use of available resources.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to demonstrate their expertise in leading teams, public sector procurement, contract law, and UK procurement regulations. You will need to be able to develop strategy and manage large, complex end-to-end procurements.

This is a permanent role with a flexible schedule, and the salary on offer is £71,000.
