Customer Service Leadership Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Customer Service Manager to join our Norwich office.
This pivotal role, reporting to our Head of Client Services, requires the direct management of our team of Client Services Specialists who provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of clients.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams to meet all performance KPI's, regulatory and service level requirements.
This role involves collaborating with your Line Manager to develop your own objectives, focusing on motivating and supporting your team to ensure the best possible service is delivered to our clients.
You will work closely with your team to identify and highlight product and services gaps within the existing portfolio, setting individual and team goals or objectives to ensure they meet the expectations of clients, business partners and the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience of meeting financial, operational, service and quality KPI's, being highly organised with a focus on objectives, priorities and deliverables.

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including holiday entitlement of 26 days plus bank holidays, pension scheme and 24-hour support for physical and mental wellbeing.
