About the Role

As a Team Leader in our Accommodation Office, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in ensuring seamless operations within our Accommodation Services. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining high standards.
  2. Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, ensuring a smooth operation and effective communication among team members.
  3. Ensure the bar area is always safe, legal, and clean, and address any issues promptly and safely.
  4. Adapt to changing situations and think on your feet to resolve any challenges that may arise during a busy shift.
  5. Support the team in achieving their goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
