Accommodation Office Team Leader: Leadership Role

About the Role
As a Team Leader in our Accommodation Office, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in ensuring seamless operations within our Accommodation Services. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining high standards.
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, ensuring a smooth operation and effective communication among team members.
- Ensure the bar area is always safe, legal, and clean, and address any issues promptly and safely.
- Adapt to changing situations and think on your feet to resolve any challenges that may arise during a busy shift.
- Support the team in achieving their goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
