Marketing Manager

Role Summary
This fixed term role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in budget handling and developing customer programmes and delivering campaigns.
About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Using customer segmentation, data and research findings to inform Agency briefings and ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
- Managing up to £1m in direct and indirect budget through efficient management of Agency resources and cost interrogation.
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring campaign success and ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
- BUILDING STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE APPROVALS AND SMOOTH ACTIVITY DELIVERY.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience of planning and developing marketing programmes for regulated businesses.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Demonstrable experience of project managing customer marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with hybrid working environments and flexible benefits packages.
Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, 34 days annual leave, and a generous Civil Service pension scheme.
