Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our theatre team in providing high-quality patient care and services. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of safe, efficient, and effective care delivery in our theatres.

With a strong background in perioperative care, you will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that meet our quality and safety standards. Your expertise in clinical governance and patient safety will be invaluable in driving improvements across our services.

You will be accountable for all clinical aspects of quality and safety within your designated areas, working collaboratively with our divisional head of nursing and wider management team to ensure effective service management.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organisation.

Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field
  • Current NMC/HCPC registration
