We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at N Consulting Ltd. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, network, printer, and email-related issues
  • Document and track incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures
  • Ability to work in a rotational shift 24/7/365
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
