LendInvest seeks an exceptional Office Operations Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless functioning of our office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing office services, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain office services
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve office productivity and efficiency
- Manage the office layout, desk plan, and desk booking system to optimize workspace usage
- Coordinate office inductions for new starters and provide ongoing support as needed
- Represent LendInvest as the primary point of contact for the ground floor building reception as required
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policy requirements and maintain a safe working environment
- Process incoming and outgoing post, prioritizing customer requests and ensuring timely delivery
- Oversee marketing merchandise management, courier arrangements, and other tasks as needed
- Maintain meeting rooms to a high standard and manage room calendars
- Welcome and assist all visitors, ensuring a positive experience
- Manage the stationary cupboard, including printer supplies, and maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Provide technical support to the management team and other team members as needed
- Participate in office socials, meets, and wider company events to foster teamwork and collaboration
About You

Previous experience in administration or a related field is desirable, but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for learning, growing, and contributing to our dynamic team. LendInvest offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
