Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Apprenticeship Recruitment and Admissions Team.

About the Role

This is a new position within our team, responsible for implementing and monitoring administrative processes. You will track progress through digital systems, ensuring quality standards are met, and provide updates to senior managers on enrolment volumes.

You will have direct line management of three colleagues, managing workloads and performance, supporting their CPD, and conducting appraisals.

Closely working with the Apprenticeship Compliance team and delivery colleagues, you will take corrective action where necessary to ensure efficient and effective enrolment processes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in implementing administrative processes, excellent communication and leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong IT skills, and a desire to improve existing ways of working.

A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above is desirable but not essential. Experience in the education or apprenticeship sector is preferred.
