Inclusion and Support Educator Needed

We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide individualized support to children with Special Educational Needs in our Early Years classroom.

About the Role:
  • Design and deliver tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of students with SEN.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create engaging learning activities that cater to individual student requirements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the emotional well-being of students.
  • Communicate effectively with the school team to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience supporting SEN students, preferably in an early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to inclusion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Estimated Salary: £27,000 per annum
