This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
About the Job:- Work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to students with SEND, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote inclusive learning environments, fostering a sense of belonging among all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting.
- Experience working with students who have SEND and challenging behaviour.
- Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
Job Type: Full-time
