About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Data Coordinator to join our buying team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy across the business. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the integrity of product information in our Navision database, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Validate and upload new product information into the Navision database.
  2. Act as the gatekeeper for all product information in the Navision database, ensuring that data is accurate and complete throughout the product lifecycle.
  3. Coordinate and implement promotional data activity, ensuring that promotions are accurately reflected in the database.
  4. Assist the buying team in managing product categories, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of cost price and retail price changes in the database.
  6. Provide accurate data for waste packaging and WEEE returns.
  7. Support the Quality Control Manager in maintaining testing and data safety sheets.
  8. Assist the finance team with invoice queries, liaising with buyers and suppliers as needed.
  9. Assist with data setup for new store openings.
  10. Act as a user acceptance tester for any development to the Navision database.
  11. Collaborate with operations, customer services, and distribution centre teams to resolve queries.
  12. Attend cross-functional meetings, raising concerns and taking notes and actions.
  13. Perform general administrative tasks and screen calls.
About You
  1. Intermediate Excel skills, including a good understanding of V lookup functions.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. A keen eye for accuracy and detail in all aspects of the role.
  4. The ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in attitude towards tasks.
  5. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. A proactive approach to identifying issues and resolutions.
