Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Bracknell. As an essential member of our Account Management team, this individual will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, communicating with clients, and ensuring efficient account management processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client and supplier relationships.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries.
- Process client requests and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Monitor sales pipeline and report on client performance.
- Coordinate meetings and schedules.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a strong foundation in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and client database systems is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have the right to work in the UK.
What We Offer:
