About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer support specialist to join our team in Manchester. As an International Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, answering calls, generating orders, and liaising with other departments and showroom in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and website.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate orders and ensure accurate processing.
  • Liaise with other departments and showroom in Paris to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French (both written and verbally).
  • Fluency in additional European languages (ideal).
  • Senior experience in customer service (ideally from prestige product/high end customers).
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • IT literate.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary up to £28,000 based on experience and language skills, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, Christmas shutdown, staff discount, early finish on Fridays, gym membership etc.
