International Customer Liaison Officer

French Selection UK is seeking a highly skilled International Customer Liaison Officer to join our team.
The role involves handling customer inquiries via email and phone, generating orders, and liaising with other departments and the showroom in Paris. The ideal candidate will have senior experience in customer service, fluency in additional European languages (ideal), and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience and language skills plus benefits

- Senior experience in customer service (ideally from prestige product/high end customers)
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Team player and excel in building cooperation
