Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Title: IT Project Director
Location: Manchester – Hybrid/Remote
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Director to lead a portfolio of projects within NCC Escode globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on-time, within scope, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering similar projects in similar organizations. They will have excellent customer and internal communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
- Determining and defining project scope and objectives, working with a broad cross-section of stakeholders from across the Escode business
- Developing and owning a detailed project plan, in conjunction with the project team
- Building a project-aligned budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, identifying risks, and appropriate contingency as required
- Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering similar projects in similar organizations
- At least three years' experience of delivering similar projects in similar organizations
- Worked with different methodologies to support delivery, either waterfall or agile-based
- Delivery of application, development, and business change-based projects
- Excellent customer and internal communication skills
Desirable Requirements:
- Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
- Exposure to the delivery of infrastructure-based projects
- Specific technologies including Salesforce and Workday
- Ideally PMP/Prince 2 qualified
