Patient Pathway Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team as a Patient Pathway Assistant, supporting the Head and Neck Team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with the ability to work calmly and logically in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing dedicated administrative and clerical support to medical and nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality patient care.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Head and Neck Team, including tracking and supporting patients through their pathway of care.
- Assisting with the coordination of patient appointments, correspondence, and reports.
- Working closely with the clinical team and Patient Pathway Coordinator to ensure seamless patient care.
- Providing a patient-focused service, helping clinical staff to provide efficient integrated pathways that enable the best use of resources.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
