We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Pathway Assistant to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
As a Patient Pathway Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of patient pathways and providing excellent patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated administrative support to medical and nursing staff
- Support all administrative and clerical issues relating to patient pathways
- Track and support patients from referral to treatment and/or discharge
- Provide a patient-focused service that helps clinical staff in the provision of efficient integrated pathways
Requirements
- Experience of customer care
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with some direction
- Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, Excel or similar applications
