As a Patient Pathway Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of patient pathways and providing excellent patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to medical and nursing staff
  • Support all administrative and clerical issues relating to patient pathways
  • Track and support patients from referral to treatment and/or discharge
  • Provide a patient-focused service that helps clinical staff in the provision of efficient integrated pathways

Requirements

  • Experience of customer care
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with some direction
  • Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, Excel or similar applications
