Patient Pathway Assistant

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Pathways Team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust as an Administrative Support. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer care and be able to work effectively in a busy environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Patient Pathways Team, including booking appointments, handling patient correspondence, and updating daily reports.
- Work closely with the clinical team and Patient Pathway Coordinator, deputising for them as required.
- Support all aspects of patient administration, including tracking and supporting patients from referral to treatment.

Requirements
- Experience of customer care and administrative support.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
