About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Assistant to join our Head and Neck Team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
As a Clinical Support Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to medical and nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality patient care through dedicated support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team, including tracking and supporting patients from referral to treatment and discharge.
- Managing patient correspondence, including email and post, and updating daily reports.
- Supporting the Patient Pathway Coordinator as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of customer care and administration in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and IT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
