About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional and flexible individual to join our In-Patient Unit team as a Head of Nursing and In-Patient Services. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical and operational management skills to oversee the delivery of high-quality end-of-life care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical and operational management of our In-Patient Services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Support the strategic leadership of the Hospice for the In-Patient Unit and nursing workforce
  • Act as a role model for nursing and the MDT, promoting excellence and best practice
