Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Cheshire College - South & West is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our website content, liaising with stakeholders to ensure our website accurately reflects our college's experience and course offerings, and working with our team to create campaign assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our college's brand and courses.
  • Manage and maintain our website, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with our team to create engaging campaign assets, including social media content, email marketing campaigns, and website content.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and developments, and identify opportunities to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
  • Support the preparation, setup, and execution of college events.
Person Specification:
  • Relevant degree and/or professional qualification.
  • Qualification in marketing (desirable).
  • Full and valid UK driving license.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience of liaising confidently with a range of stakeholders, building effective relationships.
  • Experience of content management systems and website development.
  • Understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service and gathering and acting on feedback.
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in work and the learning environment.
