Housing Project Director - Unleash Your Potential

Vistry Group is seeking an exceptional Housing Project Director to lead our new build housing projects in Plymouth, Devon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects that exceed customer expectations.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.
  • You will have extensive experience in site management, with a strong focus on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in site management, with a strong background in new build housing and timber frame construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop site teams.
  • Valid SMSTS certificate and First Aid at Work qualification.
