Job Description

This is a key leadership role for an Infrastructure Delivery Lead to oversee all aspects of construction operations on a major infrastructure project in Plymouth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and processes, particularly within the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of site staff, including engineers, supervisors, and operatives.
  • Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Works Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
